Alexa loves weddings: Sarah and Richard

Just a few photographs from Sarah and Richard's wedding this weekend. It was lovely to go home to Whittlesey and spend time with my friends from primary school, as we watched Sarah marry her partner (of nine years no less!) Richard.

A beautiful ceremony in St Andrews church - including a rendition of 'One More Step Along the World I Go', a primary school classic! I think my favourite part was Hannah, chief bridesmaid, reminding the vicar that he had in fact forgotten her reading. She wasn't phased, and delivered a passage from Captain Corelli's Mandolin in style. The ceremony was followed by a peel of wedding bells, love!

The reception was held at the Sibson Inn. A gorgeous afternoon and evening. Talk about a cheesefest! any disco that includes Agga Doo gets the thumbs up from me...Who knew I even had the dance to 5,6,7,8 by Steps stored deep in my memory!?
