Connection and community is where my heart is.

I adore hosting creative sessions for both adults and children, giving people opportunity to notice the world around them and connect with their own creativity. I host monthly local drawing sessions for Hitchin Draw More, all are welcome, come along! During May 2025 I was Artist in Residence at Hitchin Library and absolutely loved creating a paper mural full of community drawings that will be displayed in the library.

I’ve worked with MIND in Mid Herts (mindful photography course) and OpenArtBox (art sessions for people with dementia and their carers) hosting both art and photography community projects and have also led photography club and a drawing club in local schools. I hosted and organised a photography retreat down in St Ives, Cornwall in 2019 too, it was called To The Lighthouse and was an absolute dream.

It’s a joy to be part of the team working on the Teacher Artist Exchange project hosted by the Broadway Gallery in Letchworth - I am one of seven artists working with local schools delivering art CPD to teachers, focused on how we can use visual arts to promote well being for children. I also really look forward to hosting drawing socials for Broadway Gallery in Letchworth along with taking my turn leading their monthly Family Arts sessions - you’ll also find one of my landscapes there for as part of the open exhibition there this year too!
