I love Cornwall!

I've been visiting Cornwall since I was a little girl.  My favourite village is Gorran Haven, just around the coast from Mevagissey.  I love how these small villages are almost frozen in time.  This half term we escaped the busy-ness of London, and captured a few days of peace.  Bliss. 

A little snippet from my sketch book.  Nothing makes me feel more alive than sitting huddled up on a beach in winter.  Love it! This beach is just around the coast from Gorran Haven, a lovely walk around the cliffs.

 
 









Mevagissey Lighthouse


Turnstone Cottage, Cliff Street.  It keeps on calling us back. As do the seagulls! This is our home from home.







Boats! I love boats!


I love wandering down Cliff Street towards Mevagissey harbour, and my favourite pub The Fountain.
